Who we are

What we collect

When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, phone number, email address, county, cylinder type, approximate quantity, whether you need collection, and any message you enter. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, where you go ahead, to arrange testing, refurbishment, filling and collection of your cylinders.

When you submit our datasheet request form, we collect your name, company, job title, work email address, phone number, county or country, the documents you have asked for, the purpose of your request and any message you enter. We use this to review your request and, where we approve it, to email you the documents. We may decline a request, for example where we cannot verify a business need, and we may keep a record of the request either way.

How your form submission is handled

Our quote and datasheet request forms are processed by a third-party form service (FormSubmit) which delivers your submission to us by email. Your data is transmitted to that provider in order to reach us and is not used by them for any purpose beyond delivering your enquiry. You can read FormSubmit's privacy policy on their website.

Our forms include a hidden field designed to catch automated spam submissions. This field is not visible to visitors and does not collect any personal data about you.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. This script only runs if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown when you first visit. If you click "Decline", or take no action, analytics scripts are not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map to show our location. When that page loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies and collect usage data under Google's privacy policy.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the cookie banner again on your next visit.

Legal basis

We process quote and datasheet request form data on the basis of your consent and, where you proceed with our services, to take steps prior to entering a contract with you. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent, given via the cookie banner.

How long we keep data

Enquiry, quote and datasheet request form data is kept for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, unless it leads to a business relationship. Where you become a customer, we keep the records needed for invoicing, certification and legal compliance for the duration of our relationship and for 7 years afterwards, in line with Irish tax and company law requirements. Analytics data is held in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months and is aggregated, not tied to you personally.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
